Rat & Rodent Control

Rats damage wires, pipes, and spread disease. We trap them and seal their entry points permanently.

Smart Solutions for Smart Pests

Rats are intelligent. If you just use poison, they eventually learn to avoid it. Worse, if they die inside a false ceiling or AC duct, the smell is unbearable.

Common Entry Points: In Indian apartments, rats mostly enter via open kitchen drain pipes, sliding windows, and gaps near AC piping.
  • Chews electrical wires (Fire risk)
  • Spreads Leptospirosis & Salmonella
  • Damages food packets & boxes

Rodent Management Service (RMS)

We use a "Trap & Proof" strategy.

1. Trapping

We use industrial-strength glue boards and cages to catch existing rats safely inside the house.

2. Rat Proofing

We identify holes and gaps. We guide you on installing wire mesh (Jali) on drains.

3. External Baiting

For building compounds, we use tamper-proof bait stations to reduce the outside population.

How We Clear Your Home

Audit

We find the "Runs" (paths) and entry holes.

Placement

Traps placed in hidden spots (behind fridge/ceiling).

Sealing

We block entry points so they can't return.

Common Questions

What if the rat dies inside the house?

We avoid using loose poison inside homes for this exact reason. We use glue traps so the rat is caught alive or dies on the trap, making it easy to dispose of.

Is it safe for pets (dogs/cats)?

Yes. Glue boards are placed in inaccessible areas (under cabinets). If we use bait stations outside, they are locked boxes that pets cannot open.

Do you repair the broken pipes?

We seal small holes. For major plumbing or carpentry gaps, we identify the exact spot and guide your local handyman on how to fix it permanently.
